Shipping & Return Policy
Enjoy FREE Canada Post shipping on all domestic orders over 150$.
Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Monday - Friday, and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Valentina Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through Canada Post or with your local police department.
If you live in Montreal area choose LOCAL DELIVERY and get your order in the next 48 hrs for a small fee. We take the time to contact you before delivering your package and make sure is delivered safety and at the time and day is best for you.
Need your order right away? We can arranged the delivery of your package through Uber. For more info please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.
*Return policies are not the same in store and online.
For an online return, you can choose one of the following options :
- receive a credit note
- make an exchange
- get a refund
Returns are easy at Valentina! We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Send us an email with your name and order number at email@example.com
- Make sure everything is in the original form it was sent.
- Pack pieces carefully and ship.
- Once package has arrived to us and has been approved for return we will process the refund.
- We refund items in full, including taxes.
- We do not refund the cost of shipping and the taxes applied on the shipping fees; nor do we refund additional duties and costs at the time of delivery, for international shipments.
- Refund will be made on the same method of payment used to place your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges/refunds that do not meet our policy.
Customer is responsible for return shipping, Valentina Boutique is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments, we recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
Any item purchased using a discount code higher than 20% or during a sale is non-refundable (including all items marked as Final Sale)
Any packing slip marked with the Final Sale stamp is Final Sale no exceptions.
Anything on SALE is final sale.
The following items are final sale (they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or credit note) :
- Gift cards
- Home items
Once the package has been released to us by the post office, you will receive an email confirming the refund to the original form of payment. Once the refund has been issued, depending on your bank funds may take anywhere from 5-7 business days to be reflected onto your account.
